An avid traveler, Aura grew up on three continents: North America, South America and Africa where her father served as a doctor. Currently, Aura oversees all quality control as well as the litigation pipeline of the firm. Her concentration is in the area of P.I.P. and general insurance litigation. Aura is a graduate of Kennesaw State University (B.A. ’02) and St. Thomas University College of Law (J.D. ’06). At St. Thomas, Aura won the American Bankruptcy Medal of Excellence and was a Dean’s Fellow in the area of Civil Procedure. She also received a national political science honor society award during her undergraduate term.

On a personal level, Aura volunteers her time as a member of the board of directors of the Friends of St. Jude Charity helping children suffering with cancer. Aura is also fluent in English and Spanish.

Aura Brooks has been a member of the Executive Committee for the Miami -Friends of St. Jude Chapter since 2008. Friends of St. Jude is a group of young professionals networking for a cause and dedicated to the mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the fight against childhood cancer.
