A stellar leader for of our homeowner’s and property insurance division, Dave came to us from Allstate Insurance Company where he spent over 20 years as an insurance adjuster and staff attorney handling Property Insurance, P.I.P., and Bodily Injury claims. At Allstate Dave was a leader in their special investigations unit and was responsible for overseeing multi-million dollar fraud investigation and recoupment claims. He is also one of only 450 people in the United States certified as an insurance fraud investigator. Currently, Dave handles homeowner’s insurance, property insurance and personal injury claims and has testified on behalf of insurance consumers before both the Florida Senate and House of Representatives Insurance Committees on key insurance issues affecting Florida policy holders.  In addition to an active litigation practice, Dave also serves as General Counsel to Florida's Insurance Appraisers as Umpires Association.

Dave is a native Florida guy and earned his undergraduate degree from Florida Atlantic University and his law degree from Florida International University, David is also a member of the Southern District of Florida, the Middle District of Florida and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
