Townsend heads our Tampa office and holds an advanced LL.M degree in taxation from New York University School of Law. He graduated from the University of South Florida (B.A.) and earned his law degree with honors from St. Thomas University. Townsend practices in the area of insurance litigation representing medical providers and consumers in collecting unpaid and underpaid insurance claims. He also handles collection, tax and commercial litigation matters.
