We do not defend claims, but in lieu of “selling a defense” we will provide opinions to insurers as to coverage issues, the defensibility of claims, proposed litigation strategies of outside defense firms, billing review of outside defense counsel’s charges and otherwise respond to day-to-day questions of adjusters who want to be able to pick up a phone and get answers.
